3. Payments and Pricing
3.1. All payments for services must be made in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Clients are required to pay the agreed amount before the commencement of services or as per the terms outlined in individual contracts.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. Refund requests for prepaid unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.4. Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
4.2. Clients agree not to use Smart Assist services for any illegal or unethical activities.
4.3. Clients must notify Smart Assist promptly of any issues or concerns regarding the services provided.
5. Confidentiality

5.2. We will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
5.3. Clients are also required to keep any proprietary information, tools, or resources provided by Smart Assist confidential.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, materials, and tools provided by Smart Assist remain the property of Smart Assist unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share Smart Assist materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Smart Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2. Our total liability for any claims related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination of Services
8.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of at least 7 days.
8.2. Smart Assist reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms or engages in illegal or unethical conduct.
8.3. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
9.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Mauritius and subject to the jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
